Collagen Smoothie 6 Ways

Peach Mango:

Almond Butter & Jelly:

Pineapple Ginger:

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond or cashew milk
  • 2 scoops Garden of Life Collagen Protein Vanilla
  • 1 banana
  • 2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • ½ Tablespoon ginger root minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Blueberry:

Avocado Banana:

Cherry Apple:

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 scoops Garden of Life Collagen Protein Vanilla
  • 1 ½ cups frozen cherries
  • 1 cup chopped apples
  • 2 Tablespoons ripe avocado
  • 1 Tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:

Blend all ingredients until smooth.
