Golden Milk Pumpkin Spice Latte
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk - heated until warm
- 1 Tablespoon mykind Organics Golden Milk powder
- ½ cup cashews
- 5 Medjool dates pitted
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- Soak cashews and dates in water for about 20 minutes, then rinse and drain.
- Heat almond milk until it is warm (or hot depending on how you like it).
- Then place everything in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Option: top with vegan whipped cream and a few dashes of cinnamon.
