Organic Plant Protein Vanilla Pancakes

Use Organic:

  • ½ cup Organic Plant Protein Vanilla flavor
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • dash of sea salt
  • coconut oil for the pan
  • vegan egg replacer (1 Tablespoon Garden of Life RAW Organics Golden Flaxseed plus 2 Tablespoons water)


  1. Blend vegan egg replacer and almond milk in a small bowl.
  2. In a larger bowl blend Organic Plant Protein, flour and sea salt until blended smooth.
  3. Feel free to add other things like nuts, mashed banana, blueberries, apples, cinnamon, etc. Whatever you and your family enjoy!
  4. In a pan or skillet over low to medium heat, coat pan with a bit of coconut oil.
  5. Pour in your batter, wait for bubbling on the edges and flip.
  6. Plate with a dollop of your favorite jam on the side or just go for it and slather all over your pancakes, or you can just pour your favorite real maple syrup and enjoy!
