Overnight Oats – Tropical Delight

Serves: 1

Use Organic:

  • 1 cup light coconut milk
  • 1 scoop Garden of Life Raw Organic Protein Unflavored
  • ½ cup gluten free rolled oats
  • ½ cup chopped pineapple
  • ½ cup chopped mango
  • 2 Tablespoons coconut cream or plain yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 2 Tablespoons coconut flakes

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl then spoon into a jar and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Enjoy in the morning!
