The Perfect Protein Pancake
Serves: Makes 4 Large Pancakes
- 1 scoop Garden of Life® RAW Organic Meal Vanilla Spiced Chai or Vanilla
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Garden of Life Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Heat griddle and add 1 Tablespoon of coconut oil.
- Pour 4 pancakes onto griddle at medium heat and flip after about 3 minutes and then let cook for another 2 minutes.
- Top with chopped nuts, butter, blueberries, coconut flakes or your favorite topping!
- You can freeze pancakes for up to one month or refrigerate for 3 days.
