Raw Cranberry Sauce

Serves: 4

Use Organic:

  • 4 cups raw cranberries
  • ½ cup organic cane sugar
  • ¼ cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges
  • ¼ cup mint leaves - torn
  • ¼ cup chopped red onion
  • 1 Tablespoon ginger root
  • 1 Tablespoon orange zest

Directions:

  1. Place cranberries, sugar, ginger and orange juice in a food processor and process until well combined.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients and refrigerate for several hours before serving.
  3. Store in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
