Raw Fit Cookie Bars

Serves: 12

Use Organic:


  1. Place cashews and salt into the food processor and process until they resemble a flour-like consistency.
  2. Add in Raw Organic Fit, coconut flour, swerve brown sugar, almond butter, and coconut oil and pulse until well mixed.
  3. Pour in almond milk and process again until batter is moist.
  4. Hand mix in chocolate chips.
  5. Press batter into an 8”x 8” brownie pan and refrigerate for several hours before cutting and serving.
