  • 1 serving (or one scoop or packet) of RAW Fit High Protein for Weight Loss
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • ½ cup of organic canned pumpkin
  • 1/8 teaspoon organic cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (or nutmeg works if you don't have this)
