Strawberry Banana Ice Cream
- 2 cups frozen banana chunks
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup coconut milk (from can)
- 2 Tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/4 cup freeze dried strawberries
- Place all ingredients except for freeze dried strawberries into a food processor using the “s” blade and pulse until creamy.
- Add in freeze dried strawberries and pulse several more times.
- Serve immediately or store in freezer for up to 3 weeks.
