2 tbsp. Garden of Life Golden Flaxseed & Organic Chia Seed
¾ cup peanut butter
½ cup Garden of Life Coconut Oil
1/3 cup maple syrup or honey
1/3 cup cacao powder
For the bottom layer (crust), place walnuts and coconut palm sugar in the food processor using the S blade. Process about 10 seconds so that the walnuts are finely chopped.
Add remaining ingredients, except for the water and process again for another 15-to-20 seconds. Add water, process for 10 seconds and the crust mixture will begin to stick.
Press crust into a brownie pan.
For the middle layer, slice the 3 bananas and arrange in a single layer on top of the crust.
To make the top layer, place all top layer ingredients (peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup or honey, and cacao or cocoa powder) into the food processor using the S blade and process until smooth. Pour mixture on top of bananas, spread evenly and then top it all off with 1/4 cup chopped peanuts.
Refrigerate several hours before serving. (Lasts one week in refrigerator or one month in freezer.)
