Turmeric Ginger Latte

Serves: 2

Use Organic Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Cashew Milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Grated Turmeric Root
  • 1 ½ Tbsp. Grated Ginger Root
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Coconut Palm Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Crushed Cardamom Pods
  • 1 Tbsp. Raw Honey (or you can use an additional Tbsp. of Coconut Sugar)

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients into a small pot
  2. Bring to a simmer, whisk frequently
  3. Pour liquid through a mesh strainer
  4. Serve hot, or let cool and serve over ice.
  5. Garnish with lemon wedges.
