Vegan Queso

Serves: 4-6

Use Organic:

  • 1 cup cashews (soaked in water for 20 minutes then drained and rinsed)
  • ½ cup orange bell pepper chopped
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast flakes
  • 1 Tablespoon Garden of Life Golden Flaxseed
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon red miso paste
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ Tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ Tablespoon coconut aminos

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Option: Top with chopped tomatoes and/or jalapeños.
