Yogurt Fruit Bark
- 2 cups vanilla yogurt or non-dairy vanilla yogurt
- 1/3 cup freeze dried fruit such as strawberries or blueberries
- Place wax paper on a cookie sheet.
- Spread yogurt evenly on wax paper then top with freeze dried fruit.
- Place in freezer for at least 4 hours.
- Once frozen, break yogurt bark into pieces and enjoy!
- Store in freezer for up to one month.
