We all know the importance of hydration, especially in the midst of summer. Instead of guzzling plain ‘ol H20, we’ve got some infused water recipes that’ll add health benefits, flavor and fun to your summer sippin’ routine!

1. Hydration:  Place 2 lemon slices, 1 orange slice, 3 slices of cucumber and 4 sprigs of cilantro in a glass and fill with 8 oz. of water. Let infuse for several hours for optimal taste. This blend is refreshing, crisp and hydrating for those steamy summer days!

2. Digestion:  Place ¼ cup cubed pineapple, 4 slices of ginger root and 6 mint leaves in a glass and fill with 8 oz. of water. Let infuse for several hours for optimal taste. Bold, soothing and cool, this infused water recipe assists with digestion and may decrease bloating.

3. Antioxidant Boost:  Add 1 sliced strawberry, 2 slices of lime and 6 grapes cut in half (various colors) in a glass and fill with 8 oz. of water. Let infuse for several hours for optimal taste. This flavorful mix is packed with antioxidants to keep you healthy!

4. Detox:  Place one slice of grapefruit cut in half and two sprigs of rosemary in a glass and fill with 8 oz. of water. Let infuse for several hours for optimal taste. This one has a tangy, herbal taste and helps push toxins out of the body.

Feel free to mix it up and create your own infused water recipe, because who says water has to be boring?
