Bravo Avocado Smoothie

The Bravo Avocado Smoothie recipe is a unique way to bring avocados into your breakfast or snack time.
Serves: 1
Ingredients
Organic Ingredients:

2 cups unsweetened almond milk
-
1 scoop Organic Plant Protein Vanilla
-
¼ cup mashed avocado
-
1½ Tbsp raw honey (or 2 pitted Medjool dates)
-
2 large handfuls of spinach or kale
-
5 or 6 ice cubes
Preparation
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately!
Note from Gwen: Once I got my hands on the new Garden of Life Organic Plant Protein, my love for smoothies was bigger than ever. The vanilla flavor is my absolute favorite, and I made this smoothie just about every day my last trimester. The avocado makes it very filling and creamy. A few handfuls of greens provide additional vitamins and minerals. The taste is phenomenal, and it’s 100% healthy as well as gluten free, soy free, dairy free, Paleo and a vegan option!
