For the smoothie: 

For topping: 

  • 1 kiwi, sliced or chopped 
  • ½ cup blueberries 
  • 2 Tbsp. raw walnut pieces 
  • 1 tsp. unsweetened shredded coconut 


  1. Place frozen banana, frozen mango, spinach, kiwi, avocado, milk, chia seeds, and protein powder in a blender. Process on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds. 
  2. Use a spatula to transfer smoothie mixture to a serving bowl. Top with kiwi, blueberries, walnuts, and shredded coconut and serve.
