Flourless Chocolate Protein Pancakes

All you really need is a banana, 2 eggs, and Garden of Life Raw Organic Protein and you’ll have yourself a yummy, flourless, protein pancake that’s a better-for-you option! Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 large eggs
- 1 scoop GOL Raw Organic Protein Powder, Chocolate
- Raspberries, to serve
- Maple syrup, to serve (optional)
Preparation:
- In a blender, combine the banana, eggs, and chocolate protein powder. Blend until smooth. Let the batter rest for 2-3 minutes to thicken slightly.
- Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium-low heat. Lightly grease with coconut oil or butter (optional)
- Pour small amounts of batter onto the pan (about 2 tablespoons per pancake). Cook for 1-2 minutes, until bubbles form on the surface. Flip and cook for another 30-60 seconds.
- Serve the pancakes and top with raspberries and a drizzle of maple syrup (optional)
