Preparation

  1. Blend together watermelon, strawberries, orange juice, lime juice, and collagen peptides. Pour liquid into an ice cube tray and freeze.

  2. Once the ice cubes are frozen, place them into a blender with the sparking water and blend until smooth (like a frozen margarita consistency).

  3. Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with mint leaves.
