It's that time of year--everything pumpkin!-- and this Pumpkin Pleaser Smoothie recipe definitely delivers that well-loved pumpkin flavor. With only a few ingredients and no directions except to plop everything into a blender and blend, this quick smoothie is easy, tasty, and satisfying.
Serves: 1
Ingredients

1 serving (or one scoop or packet) of Raw Fit High Protein for Weight Loss

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

½ cup of organic canned pumpkin

1/8 tsp organic cinnamon

1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or nutmeg works if you don't have this)
Preparation

Don’t worry about using canned pumpkin because it's almost 90 percent water and contains fewer than 50 calories per serving. It's also packed with beta-carotene, which converts to vitamin A and can help your immune system.

Blend all ingredients and add a few ice cubes if you like smoothies extra cold.
