Ingredients

Instructions:

  1. Whisk magnesium powder into orange juice until fully dissolved. If you have a handheld frother, that can help break up any clumps.
  2. Place strawberries in a blender with the honey and water. Process until pureed.
  3. Divide the orange juice between ice pop molds, filling each pop about half-full.
  4. Top the orange juice with the strawberry puree, filling to the top of the mold.
  5. Insert ice pop sticks and lightly stir to create a swirl. Cover the mold with a lid or plastic wrap. Freeze at least 4 hours or overnight. If your mold doesn't have a lid, you may need to freeze the pops for about 30 minutes before inserting the sticks so they stay upright.
  6. When ready to serve, run sides of ice pop mold under warm water to help you remove the ice pops from the mold.

Note: Ice pop molds come in all sizes, so you may end up with more or less ice pops depending on the capacity of your mold. This recipe makes about 3 cups of liquid and the mold used to develop this recipe holds 10 ice pops, about 2.5-ounces each. If you don’t have an ice pop mold, try using small paper cups.
