Turmeric Collagen Mango Granola

Here's a perfect delicious snack option with the added healthy boost of Collagen Turmeric powder. We think you're going to love it!
Serves: 8
Ingredients
Use Organic if possible

2 cups chopped walnuts

1 ½ cups chopped pecans

1 ½ cups pumpkin seeds
-
1 cup coconut flakes
-
1 cup gluten-free oats
-
1 cup dried mango cut into small chunks

¼ cup Garden of Life Coconut Oil melted
-
¼ cup maple syrup
-
1 tsp cinnamon
-
¼ tsp sea salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 275 degrees.

In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients except the dried mango chunks, then spread onto a large cookie sheet.

Bake for 30 minutes, let cool then toss in dried mango pieces.
