We give it to our 3 yr old, mixes well with a lot of things, and has all the right ingredients.
I bought this for my 2 kiddos who are 9 and 11. Not gonna lie. They absolutely did not like the taste but my 9 yo is starting to actually somewhat like it. She now licks the glass to get the remaining powder left behind. This multivitamin is the only one I could find with the cleanest ingredients and that doesn’t have all the sugar. I just literally fill a shot glass halfway with water and put a scoop in. It’s the easiest and quickest way for my kids to take it. So we have a joke in our house. Everyone takes a shot in the morning. Lol!! Vitamin shots. There is usually a we bit of the powder left behind. I just add a little bit of water, stir, and they drink again. I want to make sure they get every bit of the good stuff!! 😂
