I have recently bought two bottles of these vitamins. for a quick check I started taking 2 capsules per day . I take vegetable regularly in my diet .some how I am getting headache with regular use. Can some one plz tell me , is it because of these or could be some other reason.. Other wise good packing, size of capsule is perfect .
