literally my favorite multivitamin ever because not many gummy multivitamins have a lot of vitamins and minerals in them compared to the pill multivitamins, which are super hard for me to swallow every day. This multi is packed with literally everything you need, and all the vitamins and minerals don’t come in a cheap, lower quality form. The gummies also taste amazing and it feels like I’m eating cherry candy every morning which is a nice bonus :). I also love that there’s iron included!! I might start taking 4 gummies instead of 3 everyday so I get a little more iron per serving. I’ll definitely continue to buy these!!
Great multi-vitamin with iron. I definitely can taste the iron but it’s not terrible. Taking the gummy form makes me feel like I get to eat candy everyday. Part of my personal protocol to keep my iron and B12 labs good. No complaints!
