Chocolate Banana Oatmeal Bars are delectable, wholesome treats that perfectly blend the flavors of rich chocolate, sweet bananas, and hearty oats. These bars are both satisfying and nourishing with the added goodness of Raw Organic Meal in Chocolate, making them an ideal snack or breakfast option.

Ingredients:
- 2 medium bananas, mashed
- ½ cup peanut butter + 2 Tbsp.
- ⅓ cup apple sauce
- ¼ cup coconut sugar
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 Tbsp. Garden of Life Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 cups whole grain rolled oats
- 1 scoop Raw Organic Meal replacement powder in chocolate
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ plant-based dark chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a square pan with oil and line it with parchment paper. Set it aside.
- In a large bowl, place the banana and mash it with a fork. Add ½ cup of peanut butter, applesauce, coconut sugar, almond milk, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until everything is well combined. Set it aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients: oats, 1 scoop of raw organic meal replacement powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, reserving a tablespoon to use later.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared square pan and spread it evenly. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top.
- Bake it in the oven for 33-35 minutes until cooked through. Once done, allow the oatmeal to cool slightly.
- Slice the oatmeal into bars and serve them with a drizzle of the remaining peanut butter on top to enjoy.
