Creamy Oatmeal Protein Cookies

By adding ripe bananas and Garden of Life Creamy Vanilla Protein with Oatmilk, these yummy cookies are not only packed with goodness, they have a wonderful texture and great taste! Ingredients
- 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup gluten-free oats
- 1 scoop Garden of Life Creamy Protein with Oatmilk, Vanilla Cookie
- 1 large egg
- ¼ tsp. cinnamon
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. vanilla
- ¼ cup almond butter (or other nut butter)
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients until well combined. Scoop dough, about ¼ cup at a time, onto baking sheet 3 inches apart. Press down slightly to flatten.
- Bake cookies 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool on pan 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
