Protein Peppermint Brownie Bark

What’s absolutely yummy, easy-to-make, and perfect for holiday gifting or get-togethers? Protein Peppermint Brownie Bark for the dub! The combination of peppermint and chocolate has long been a holiday favorite, and this recipe has the added goodness and creaminess of Organic Creamy Protein powder in Chocolate. Super easy to make, why not whip up a batch or two and let the holidays begin!
Ingredients:
- 1 (18oz) box of gluten-free brownie mix
- 1 scoop Garden of Life Creamy Protein Chocolate
- ½ cup water
- ⅓ cup avocado oil
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- ½ cup peppermint chips
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the brownie mix, protein powder, water, avocado oil, and egg. Spread batter in a thin, even layer onto the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with peppermint chips.
- Bake 30-35 minutes or until the edges are crispy. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely. Brownie bark will continue to crisp as it cools. Break into small pieces and enjoy!
