DIY Yogurt with Probiotics

Try this DIY yogurt recipe with a dose of probiotics.
Serves: 2-4
Ingredients
Use Organic if possible

2 capsules Dr. Formulated Once Daily Women’s Probiotics (or Mens)

2 cans coconut milk (use full fat coconut milk not light)

1½ Tbsp maple syrup
-
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional to make it vanilla flavor)
Preparation

Whisk together all ingredients then place in a glass jar.

Cover the jar with a mesh cloth and store in a warm, dark place for 24 hours.

Mix yogurt before eating, and store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
