Healthy Belly Bliss Smoothies make hungry grumpy tummies blissful with a few simple ingredients.
Serves: 1
Ingredients
Use Organic if possible

1½ cups coconut water
-
½ cup non-dairy milk such as “Ripple”

1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
-
½ cup frozen blueberries
-
1 Tablespoon Garden of Life Chia Seed

1 Tablespoon Garden of Life MCT Oil - optional
-
1 Tablespoon ripe avocado
-
1 Tablespoon Ginger root - finely chopped
Preparation

Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately!
