Ingredients
- 2 cups gluten-free rolled oats
- 1 scoop Raw Organic Protein Powder - Vanilla powder
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ½ cup almond butter
- ¼ cup Garden of Life Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- ⅛ tsp. salt
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats and protein powder. Set it aside.
- In a saucepan or skillet, combine maple syrup, almond butter, and coconut oil. Bring it to a boil until everything comes together. Add in vanilla extract and salt.
- Pour the melted mixture over the oats mixture. Mix with a wooden spoon until evenly coated.
- Using an ice cream scoop, form the mixture into uniform round balls and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Using a glass or any flat surface, press the round cookies to flatten them.
