Ingredients
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 2 tsp. Garden of Life Sport Creatine Monohydrate + Probiotics
- 2 Tbsp. natural peanut butter
- 1 ½ cups frozen strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, or a combination
- 1 Tbsp. ground flaxseed
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- ½ to 1 tsp. strawberry jam, optional
- 1 scoop Garden of Life protein powder or collagen peptides, optional
Preparation
- Use a spoon to drizzle 1 to 2 teaspoons of peanut butter on the bottom and sides of your serving glass. Set aside.
- Place milk, creatine, remaining peanut butter, frozen berries, flaxseed, oats, and optional jam and protein powder in a blender. Process on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds.
- Pour smoothie into the serving glass and serve.
