Protein Witch Fingers

Instructions:

  1. Add all the ingredients except the almond flakes to a food processor and blend until the mixture reaches a crumbly consistency.
  2. Using an ice cream scoop, portion out the mixture and shape it into log-like "fingers."
  3. Define the fingers by adding lines using a toothpick and pressing almond flakes onto the ends as "nails."
  4. Chill for at least 20 minutes before serving to help the fingers retain their shape.
