These scary-looking “finger” treats are delicious and made with non-scary ingredients like dates, almond flour, almond butter, extra virgin coconut oil, and a scoop of Organic Creamy Protein with Oat Milk in Chocolate Brownie flavor—YUM! Yields - 12 Witch fingers
Ingredients:
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 scoop GOL Organic Creamy Protein with Oat Milk – Chocolate Brownie
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp. almond butter
- 2 Tbsp. GOL Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, melted
- 2 Tbsp. almond flakes
Instructions:
- Add all the ingredients except the almond flakes to a food processor and blend until the mixture reaches a crumbly consistency.
- Using an ice cream scoop, portion out the mixture and shape it into log-like "fingers."
- Define the fingers by adding lines using a toothpick and pressing almond flakes onto the ends as "nails."
- Chill for at least 20 minutes before serving to help the fingers retain their shape.
