Raspberry Chocolate Protein Bites

These delicious bites are packed with protein and other yummy goodness. Perfect right after a workout or for a quick snack!
Serves: 24
Ingredients

2 cups walnuts

1 scoop Garden of Life Sport Plant Based Protein - Chocolate

1/8th tsp sea salt

10 Medjool dates - pitted

1 cup freeze-dried raspberries (plus 2 Tablespoons for coating)

2 Tbsp Garden of Life Coconut Oil - melted

1 tsp vanilla
-
3 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk
Preparation

Place first three ingredients into a food processor using the “s” blade and process for 15 seconds on high.

Next, add the remaining ingredients and process again until batter sticks together (about 20 seconds, and you may need to use the “pulse” button).

Roll bite-sized balls and place on a baking sheet then sprinkle on some freeze dried raspberries on top of each bite.

Store bites in the refrigerator for one week or in the freezer for one month.
