  1. To make the crust, place all crust ingredients into the food processor using the “S” blade and process until you get a crumb-like consistency. Once complete, press about 1 tablespoon of crust into each cavity of a muffin tin.

  2. To make the filling, put all filling ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

  3. Pour filling over each crust until it is almost full then place in freezer for at least 6 hours before serving.
