This will become a favorite snack at your next get-together! With an added boost of protein, Chef Gwen's Vegan Ranch Dip is sure to please everyone...even omnivores!

Serves: 8

Ingredients

Use Organic if possible

  • 1 ¼ cups cashews

  • 1 scoop Garden of Life Raw Organic Protein Unflavored

  • ½ cup water

  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk

  • ¼ cup avocado oil

  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 ½ tsp garlic powder

  • 1 ½ tsp nutritional yeast

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • 3 Tbsp chopped fresh dill

  • 2 Tbsp chopped chives

Preparation

  1. Soak cashews in water for about an hour (this will help them soften so they can blend easier).

  2. Once cashews have soaked, rinse them off with water then place them into the blender with everything else except the herbs (last two items).

  3. Blend the dip until smooth, remove, then stir in the herbs.

  4. Refrigerate dip for several hours then serve with your favorite veggies and crackers or chips.
