Ingredients

Dry Ingredients: 

Wet Ingredients: 

  • 2 eggs, beaten 

  • 2 Tbsp. melted grassfed butter 

  • ¼ cup almond milk 

Other Ingredients: 

  • 2 green apples, peeled and chopped 

  • Powdered sugar of choice

Preparation

  1. Mix together dry ingredients and set aside.

  2. Whisk together wet ingredients then pour into dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Fold in apples.

  3. Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees.

  4. Line the basket with parchment paper and spray with coconut oil. Drop one-third cup-sized fritters onto parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes.

  5. Let cool then sprinkle with powdered sugar of choice.
