
Breakfast Buddy Toast

Serves:
4 Use Organic:
- 4 pieces of gluten free bread
- 1 banana
- ¼ cup blueberries
- ½ cup sliced strawberries
- ¼ cup dairy free or regular cream cheese
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1 Tablespoon melted Garden of Life Coconut Oil
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Garden of Life Chia Seed
- 1 teaspoon Garden of Life Flaxseed
Directions:
- To make the almond butter spread, mix together the almond butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, flaxseed and chia seed.
- Toast bread.
- Use the almond butter and/or cream cheese for the base by spreading it on the toast (see video).
- Make eyes, ears, etc. using the fruit (see video).
- Have your kids help!
