Ingredients

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

¾ cup pumpkin puree

½ tsp. ground cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice

1 ½ Tbsp. maple syrup

2 scoops Garden of Life Collagen Turmeric

Apple wedges, graham crackers, etc for serving

 

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir until smooth.
  2. Transfer dip to a serving bowl or refrigerate in a covered container until ready to serve. Serve with dippers, such as apple wedges and graham crackers.
