Kid's Breakfast Smoothie

Here's a great way for kids to start the day. A yummy, nutrient-filled, protein smoothie recipe—easy for you—fuel for them!
Serves: 2
Ingredients

2 cups unsweetened oat milk
-
1 ripe banana
-
1 handful of spinach
-
1 ½ cups frozen blueberries
-
2 Tbsp ripe avocado
-
2 Tbsp honey (optional)
Preparation
-
Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately, and enjoy!
