PB & Whey Ice Cream

Who doesn't love peanut butter ice cream? And this one has the added boost of healthy protein.
Serves: 4
Ingredients
Organic if possible

2 cups frozen banana chunks
-
½ cup milk or non-dairy milk of your choice (whole milk suggested)

3 Tbsp powdered peanut butter such as PB2
-
½ cup shelled/salted/roasted peanuts
Preparation

Place all ingredients into a food processor using the "s" blade or high speed blender that has a tamper

Blend until smooth
-
Add peanuts and pulse several times
-
Serve ice cream immediately for the best texture
TIP: Can be stored in freezer for up to 3 weeks.
