The Perfect Protein Pancake

Serves:
Makes 4 Large Pancakes
Use Organic:
  • 1 scoop Garden of Life® RAW Organic Meal Vanilla Spiced Chai or Vanilla
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Garden of Life Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
Directions:
  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Heat griddle and add 1 Tablespoon of coconut oil.
  3. Pour 4 pancakes onto griddle at medium heat and flip after about 3 minutes and then let cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Top with chopped nuts, butter, blueberries, coconut flakes or your favorite topping!
  5. You can freeze pancakes for up to one month or refrigerate for 3 days.
