The Perfect Protein Pancake

Protein pancakes can be blah, but not when you use this Perfect Protein Pancake recipe. Full of customizable flavor (Vanilla and Vanilla Spiced Chai are our favorites), these pancakes are not only delicious, they come together in a snap.
Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
Use Organic if possible

1 scoop Garden of Life Raw Organic Meal Vanilla Spiced Chai or Vanilla

1 ripe banana

2 eggs
-
2 Tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp baking powder
Preparation

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Heat griddle and add 1 Tablespoon of coconut oil.

Pour 4 pancakes onto griddle at medium heat and flip after about 3 minutes and then let cook for another 2 minutes.

Top with chopped nuts, butter, blueberries, coconut flakes or your favorite topping!

You can freeze pancakes for up to one month or refrigerate for 3 days.
