Raw Fit Cookie Bars

Enjoy these delicious cookie bars with the added fat-burning boost of Raw Organic Fit protein.
Serves: 12
Ingredients
Use Organic if possible

2 cups raw cashews
-
½ cup coconut flour
-
¼ cup Swerve brown sugar
-
¼ cup Garden of Life Coconut Oil melted
-
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
-
2 Tbsp almond butter
-
¼ tsp sea salt
-
1/3 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
Preparation
-
Place cashews and salt into the food processor and process until they resemble a flour-like consistency.

Add in Raw Organic Fit, coconut flour, swerve brown sugar, almond butter, and coconut oil and pulse until well mixed.

Pour in almond milk and process again until batter is moist.

Hand mix in chocolate chips.

Press batter into an 8”x 8” brownie pan and refrigerate for several hours before cutting and serving.
