
Raw Fit Cookie Bars

Serves:
12 Use Organic:
- 2 cups raw cashews
- 1 scoop Garden of Life Raw Organic Fit Original Flavor
- ½ cup coconut flour
- ¼ cup Swerve brown sugar
- ¼ cup Garden of Life Coconut Oil melted
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 Tablespoons almond butter
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- 1/3 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
Directions:
- Place cashews and salt into the food processor and process until they resemble a flour-like consistency.
- Add in Raw Organic Fit, coconut flour, swerve brown sugar, almond butter, and coconut oil and pulse until well mixed.
- Pour in almond milk and process again until batter is moist.
- Hand mix in chocolate chips.
- Press batter into an 8”x 8” brownie pan and refrigerate for several hours before cutting and serving.
