Turmeric Ginger Latte

Serves:
2 Use Organic Ingredients:
- 2 cups Cashew Milk
- 2 Tbsp. Grated Turmeric Root
- 1 ½ Tbsp. Grated Ginger Root
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp. Coconut Palm Sugar
- 1 tsp. Crushed Cardamom Pods
- 1 Tbsp. Raw Honey (or you can use an additional Tbsp. of Coconut Sugar)
Directions:
- Place all ingredients into a small pot
- Bring to a simmer, whisk frequently
- Pour liquid through a mesh strainer
- Serve hot, or let cool and serve over ice.
- Garnish with lemon wedges.
