Unbaked Cookie Dough Indulgence

Serves:
2 to 4
Organic Ingredients:
  • 1 can garbanzo beans (15 ounces)
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 2 Tablespoons coconut flour
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup vegan chocolate chips
  • 1 Tablespoon Garden of Life Coconut Oil (melted or at room temperature)
  • dash of sea salt
  • 2 Tablespoons powdered peanut butter (or 1½ Tablespoons peanut butter or almond butter)
Directions:
  1. Place all ingredients except the chocolate chips in a food processor using the "S" blade.
  2. Process until well mixed and then stir in chocolate chips.
  3. Refrigerate and eat by the spoonful!
Tip: Lasts one week in the refrigerator.
