Unbaked Cookie Dough Indulgence

Serves:
2 to 4 Organic Ingredients:
- 1 can garbanzo beans (15 ounces)
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 2 Tablespoons coconut flour
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup vegan chocolate chips
- 1 Tablespoon Garden of Life Coconut Oil (melted or at room temperature)
- dash of sea salt
- 2 Tablespoons powdered peanut butter (or 1½ Tablespoons peanut butter or almond butter)
Directions:
- Place all ingredients except the chocolate chips in a food processor using the "S" blade.
- Process until well mixed and then stir in chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate and eat by the spoonful!
