Brownie Batter Bites

Our no-bake brownie batter bites recipe is a must-try for any brownie lover - they're loaded up with collagen peptides and chocolate - a double win!
Serves: 16-18 brownie bites
Ingredients
Use Organic if possible

1 cup raw walnuts

1 cup almond flour
-
1 scoop Garden of Life Collagen Peptides

½ cup mini chocolate chips (can be sugar free and/or vegan)

¼ cup maple syrup

¼ cup almond butter (fresh ground is best)

¼ cup cacao or cocoa powder

1 tsp. vanilla extract
-
¼ tsp. sea salt
Preparation

Place all ingredients except the chocolate chips into the food processor using the “s” blade and pulse until all ingredients are well mixed and sticking together.

Remove batter and mix in chocolate chips.

Roll tablespoon-sized balls (batter will be oily because of the coconut oil) and place on a plate, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Brownie bites last up to one week in refrigerator or two months in freezer.
