Edible Flower Salad

Serves:

Organic Ingredients:
  • 6 cups mixed greens
  • 2 cups chopped red kale
  • 1 cup chopped dandelion greens
  • 1 cup shaved carrots
  • 1 pomegranate (seeds only)
  • ¼ cup almond slivers
  • ¼ cup hemp seeds
  • ¼ cup pistachios
  • ¼ cup cut basil leaves
  • ¼ cup mint leaves
  • 1 cup edible flowers
Dressing Ingredients:
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
Directions:
  1. Place all ingredients into a large bowl and gently toss. Whisk together Dressing Ingredients and coat salad with dressing. Serve immediately.
