
Edible Flower Salad

Serves:
6 Organic Ingredients:
- 6 cups mixed greens
- 2 cups chopped red kale
- 1 cup chopped dandelion greens
- 1 cup shaved carrots
- 1 pomegranate (seeds only)
- ÂĽ cup almond slivers
- ÂĽ cup hemp seeds
- ÂĽ cup pistachios
- ÂĽ cup cut basil leaves
- ÂĽ cup mint leaves
- 1 cup edible flowers
Dressing Ingredients:
- ½ cup olive oil
- ÂĽ cup lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
- ÂĽ teaspoon salt
- ÂĽ teaspoon pepper
Directions:
- Place all ingredients into a large bowl and gently toss. Whisk together Dressing Ingredients and coat salad with dressing. Serve immediately.
