Grain Free Breakfast Meal

Organic Ingredients:
  • 1 cup light coconut milk
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  • ½ cup fresh berries
  • 1 Tablespoon Garden of Life Chia Seed
  • 1½ Tablespoons honey (or maple syrup to make it vegan)
  • 2 Tablespoons Garden of Life Golden Flaxseed & Antioxidant Fruit
  1. Blend together coconut milk, honey, vanilla, and flaxseed and fruit blend. Stir in chia seeds and place mixture into a container and refrigerate overnight, or eight hours.
  2. In the morning, it will have thickened. Stir in mixed berries and walnuts, and enjoy! Lasts two days refrigerated.
