Trade in canned cranberry sauce for this healthier Raw Cranberry Sauce recipe and enjoy the flavors of Fall all season long. Bonus: It stores in the fridge for up to 3 days, making it a make-ahead recipe you'll turn to again and again.

Ingredients
Use Organic:

4 cups raw cranberries

½ cup organic cane sugar
-
¼ cup fresh orange juice
-
1 cup mandarin oranges
-
¼ cup mint leaves - torn
-
¼ cup chopped red onion
-
1 Tbsp ginger root
-
1 Tbsp orange zest
Preparation

Place cranberries, sugar, ginger and orange juice in a food processor and process until well combined.

Stir in remaining ingredients and refrigerate for several hours before serving.

Store in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
