Fruit Smoothie Bowls

- 1 cup cantaloupe
- 1 cup frozen peaches
- 2 cups coconut water
- 3 Tablespoons ripe avocado
- 1 large handful of spinach
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- Coconut flakes and kiwi
- Strawberries and pumpkin seeds
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour smoothie into 2 cantaloupe halves, add toppings and enjoy!
Variations:
- Booster Bowl: 2 cups almond milk or non-dairy milk, 2 cups frozen blueberries, ½ cup cubed watermelon, ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks, 2 Tablespoons hemp seeds, 3 pitted dates
- Chocolate Lovers Delight Power Bowl: 2 cups coconut water, 1 scoop Garden of Life Organic Plant Protein Chocolate, 1 RAW Probiotics Ultimate Care Capsule (opened and poured into smoothie), 3 Tablespoons ripe avocado, 1 banana, 5 to 6 ice cubes
