Infused Water

Keep this antioxidant-infused water recipe close at hand - there are options for hydration, detox, and digestion, too!
Serves: 1
Ingredients
Use Organic if possible

1 sliced strawberry
-
6 grapes (cut in half & various colors)
-
2 slices lime
-
8 oz. of pure water
Preparation

Place the sliced strawberry, cut grapes and lime slices in a glass and fill with 8 ounces of water.

Let infuse for at least 5 minutes. Enjoy!
Variations:
-
Hydration: 3 cucumber slices, 2 lemon slices, 4 sprigs cilantro, 8 ounces of pure water

Digestion: ¼ cup cubed pineapple, 4 slices ginger root, 6 mint leaves, 8 ounces of pure water

Detox: 1 slice grapefruit (cut in half), 2 sprigs rosemary, 8 ounces of pure water
